My early voting for most improved player from last year goes to Osi Umenyiora.
He's having a monster season so far. 7 forced fumbles turned into 8 sacks in only 6 games played.
He's once again become that pass rush specialist that he once used to be.

Give credit also to the rest of the defense and to Perry Fewell for drawing up creative plays and utilizing the players strengths to cause disruption to opposing offenses.

Canty and Cofield - they are a beast up front this year

and also Goff who is developing into a very decent MLB and is improving each week.

Osi is having a great year as well for sure, great to see. This may even be his best year yet (despite being limited somewhat with his injury)
