Giants center Shaun O'Hara has the dreaded Lis Franc sprain

After missing only one game in the last five seasons as the Giants starting center, Shaun O'Hara has already missed three games this year.

It sounds like he's set to miss more time after injuring his right foot before the team's bye.

Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports O'Hara has a Lisfranc sprain in his right foot. He missed action earlier this year with a left foot injury. O'Hara was wearing a boot at Giants practice Monday.

The normal recovery time for such an injury is 2-4 weeks; O'Hara is hoping to only miss this week's game against the Seahawks.

Giants reserve cornerback Bruce Johnson also underwent knee surgery during the bye week and his status is uncertain.

As far as injuries go that isn't too bad for O'Hara. At least we also have Koets playing well to step in.

Although, Koets shows no where near the presence of O'Hara but at least he has some experience with Eli to step in for another game or two.
