Fewell in the mix for the Titans HC job
It is being reported that Fewell will be interviewed for the HC job in Tennessee.
On the surface it looks like Heimerdinger and Munchak are strong options favourites, but I wouldn't rule out Fewell.
The advantage Bud Adams could do is to keep Munchak/Heimdinger to pretty much run the offense while Fewell overhauls the defensive side of the ball (and overall management of team).
It is also worth noting that Fewell is the only guy who has been interviewed for almost every HC job, so he is well regarded as a serious candidate.
I think Fewell is an outside chance, but he does have a legitimate shot. I do hope we don't lose Fewell at this point, it could make finding a quality replacement tough.

Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt says Giants assistant Perry Fewell "is a good fit" for the vacant Titans' job, The Tennessean reports.
Whisenhunt and Fewell worked together at Vanderbilt in the mid-90s.
“I think personality wise he is a good fit for that position as far as being able to handle a team, talk to the players, manage the media and do the things you have to do,’’ Whisenhunt said of Fewell. “He is a very thoughtful, intelligent, caring coach that has a passion about the sport and I think that will serve him well.’’
The Giants this week gave the Titans permission to interview Fewell, who this offseason was considered for head coaching jobs with the Panthers, Broncos, Browns and 49ers.
He has been with the Giants for one season after leaving the Bills, where he ended 2009 as the team's interim head coach. He also coached with the Jaguars, Bears and Rams.
“From my association with him at Vanderbilt, I remember what a special coach I thought Perry was at that time,’’ Whisenhunt said at Super Bowl activities Friday. “To watch him have grown the way he has grown in the league and do the things he has done has been impressive.
“I think any time you’ve had to work your way up and had success at each stage working your way up, it prepares you for that opportunity.’’
