First Round

(9) Dallas- Right Tackle, Tyron Smith (USC)

(16) Washington- Defensive End, Ryan Kerrigan (Purdue)

(19) Giants- Cornerback, Prince Amukamara (Nebraska)

(23) Philadelphia- Offensive Lineman, Danny Watkins (Baylor)

Who do you think had the best first round grade?

Anybody here to worry about giving the Giants troubles?

I think the Cowboys did it best. They finally got an OT for guys like Orakpo, Kerrigan, Tuck, Osi, Kiwi, and J.P., Trent Cole and Graham. Very smart move for them.

I thought we bombed our pick. Ras-I Dowling will probably be available in round 2 and I think he'll have a better career. I can't imagine that a trade wasn't offered for our pick.

I like Kerrigan but I don't like him as a OLB. I think he would be a Patrick Kerney like DE in a 4-3.

Glad Philly took Watkins. Congrats you just wasted a 1st round pick on a 27 year old guard.

I thought Philly was a little crazy for the Watkins pick too.

From what I have seen with Tyron Smith, I think Tuck will have his way with him.
Smith seems tall and lean and easily moved. Of course this is just going off from some internet clips.

I like Kerrigan also as a DE. Good pick for Washington.

I'm not as down on Prince as you are Vin but I don't think he is an elite CB neither.
Prince will be better than Ross and reminds me a lot of T. Thomas.
