My early 2012 NYG Mock

There is a ton of time to go, but here is my very early 2012 mock draft. (Note I expect around 50 underclassmen to declare)

1. OLB Zach Brown, North Carolina (6-2, 225, 4.54)
2. C Mike Brewer, Ohio State (6-5, 295, 5.12)
3. OLB Kenny Tate, Maryland (6-4, 220, 4.56)
4. TE George Bryan, NC State (6-5, 265, 4.83)
5. DE Ryan Van Bergen, Michigan (6-6, 283, 4.84)
6. CB Tashaun Gipson, Wyoming (6-0, 203, 4.46)
7. FB Cody Johnson. Texas (5-11, 250, 4.68)

btw next year could be year of the LB, particularly if underclassmen declare.

Here are some of the top prospects (without considering DEs moving to OLB). There are a ton of good LBs potentially available.

I do like him as well, a great fit at SLB

but you can't go wrong with guys like

Zach Brown, Nigel Bradham, Manti Te'o or Nico Johnson

I am not sure on my favourite LB yet, but there is also depth of talent at well.

I prefer Manti Te'o, Notre Dame

Luke Kuechly, Boston College is another good option

Just checked out a bunch of clips of Vontaze. This dude is a ball of fire.
Something that Giants fans will never see with Goff, Dillard, or Jones.

When Vontaze hits, the play goes backwards.

he isn't as explosive atackler as Burfitt, but is much more of a tackling machine (for example, he got 21 tackles vs Stanford)
