Tuck supports Plax suspension

Post  56 Crazed Dogs on Fri Oct 03, 2008 9:37 am

"I can't speak for Plaxico, but as a team it's indicative of our coaches trying to make a statement as far as every guy on this football team is equal and I think [Tom Coughlin] got his point across," defensive end Justin Tuck said. "I hope he got his point across."

"If anything, we say to Plaxico don't put yourself in that position," Tuck said.

Asked if he supported the suspension, Tuck said "Absolutely."

I really hope after this week that this whole thing can blow over. I know that is all were going to here about during the entire Seattle game so hopefully it will be enough to start leading Plax in the right direction.

I think it will blow over

Plax knows the line has been drawn in the sand and the front office won't tolerate any antics from anyone regardless of who you are.

I think it is great for the tem focus and chemistry which has been the core of the Giants success

I agree Pete, and after the performance by the wideouts today, he knows the Giants can do without him. BTW, Hixon is the man.

Great game indeed by Hixon. I hope he continues to get more plays called to him.
Now... Get back to work Plax!
