Spags to the Rams Empty Spags to the Rams

So where do we go from here. We just lost a great one and for some reason visions of Johnny Lynn keep running through my head.

I don't think we can easily replace the unity between player and coach like the Giants had with Spags. The passion, intensity, and end results are going to be hard to replace.

Spags to the Rams Empty Re: Spags to the Rams

Congratulations to Spagnuolo, he certainly deserved his shot.

I think there are two main options now for DC

firstly is to promote from within, most likely Bill Sheridan or perhaps Peter Guinta. This brings continuity to what spags has done.

Or we look for external candidates who are good fits. Top of that list is Romeo Crennel.

He gets on well with players, has a ton of experience in both 3-4 and 4-3 fronts. Building on the strong foundation Spags has left, Crennel could vbe the guy to take our defence to the next level

Other external candidates could possibly include Ron Rivera, Marty Schottenheimer, Gunther Cunningham or Pepper Johnson

I would like to see Pepper Johnson being given a chance, but wouldn't be upset if it was Sheridan either.
