GIANTS TO LOSE “GOOGS”?

According to a story in the Miami Herald, Giants assistant offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo is reportedly the front-runner to join the Miami Dolphins as their new offensive line coach. Miami fired offensive line coach Mike Maser this week.

In an unrelated note, it emerged today that Giants Director of Pro Personnel David Gettleman interviewed for the Chiefs’ general manager position? The position ultimately went to former New England personnel guru Scott Pioli, who in Kansas City will have final say over all personnel matters.

The Star-Ledger is reporting that DeGuglielmo has in fact been offered and has accepted the job with Miami.
