Michael Boley out for a few weeks

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/10/05/giants-lose-linebacker-boley-for-a-few-weeks/Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger reports that starting weak side linebacker Michael Boley will miss "a few weeks" with an undisclosed injury.
The free agent acquisition is still waiting to hear an official diagnosis, but was told to expect to miss a few games.
Despite a number of injuries, the Giants defense is third in the league in yards per game allowed, sixth in points allowed, and tied for fifth in turnovers. Those numbers should improve this week, even with Boley.
The Giants return home from their three-game road trip to face the Raiders.

This is really dissapointing. Boley was really starting to make a positive impact on the Giants defense imo.

It certainly is disappointing
Boley looks like the best WLB we have had since Armstead
hopefully he will get healthy and be back on deck in a few weeks. most of out toughest challenges come later in the season.
there is the flip side, it becomes an opportunity for our other guys: Blackburn, Kehl or Wilkinson
to be honest I think Wilkinson is the best fit and can do alot of what Boley does
