Sign QB Derek Anderson (Browns)
Anderson will be cut before 3/19 when he is due a $2mil roster bonus (on top of his $7mil+ salary)
The Giants give Anderson a chance to ressurect his career (much like what happend with David Carr) and play on a playoff calibre team.
We do have Bhomar, but he is very raw, an experienced young backup is valuable insurance.

any thoughts?

I know I did take 3 DL from East Carolina, but each is a geuine prospect in their own right and each is good value where they are selected.

I like spoon and Joseph but not crazy bout anyone else. Don't like Anderson at all but we could do worse.

hmm. never thought about Derek Andersen. He might just work.

You shure do like East Carolina players Pete.

I haven't looked much into the deeper players in the draft yet but Weatherspoon and Allen are good picks.
