The current list of restricted free agents is three times the usual size. Also without a CBA and the 30% rule, most players have either been unable to sign more than 1 year deals. It also means a lot of players on rookie contracts that teams want to extend are also likely to hit the open market.

The extra players
on one year deals will have a flow on effect on free agency which will
impact the draft.

Teams will be able to fill needs through free agency. Also some teams
who think they have depth could change.

This is in addition to the normal run of players who come off contract
every year.

The 30% rule means that players who normally would be extended are
unable to get reasonable extensions

I would expect a lot of roster turnover.

There will be a lot of talent available and a frankly a lot of needs for almost every team. Many teams will have a lot of money to spend.
