Giants | Strahan says Burress is underpaid
Wed, 25 Jun 2008 09:28:06 -0700
Joshua Robinson, of The New York Times, reports former NFL DL Michael Strahan said that he believes New York Giants WR Plaxico Burress is underpaid. "Obviously, he is underpaid for what he does and brings to the team," Strahan said. "For him, in his defense, it is the right time to do that." Strahan also said he feels that there is no loyalty in football anymore.

Giants | Strahan says Shockey wants out
Wed, 25 Jun 2008 09:27:23 -0700
Mike Garafolo, of The Star-Ledger, reports former NFL DL Michael Strahan publicly confirmed that New York Giants TE Jeremy Shockey wants to be traded. "He doesn't want to be here, he doesn't want to play here," Strahan said. "That's obvious with everything that's going on. ... So I think the best thing for them and for Shockey is, if they have the opportunity, let him go."

It is a strong statement saying about Shock that "he doesn't want to be here, he doesn't want to play here".
I don't think Shockey has even come right out and said that yet, even though it is fairly obvious.
I'll give Shock the benefit of the doubt until I hear it straight from the horse's mouth himself.

I hear ya man, but why would Strahan say this? Didn't he learn from Tiki last year. Leave ex-teamates alone, their business is their business.Admin wrote:It is a strong statement saying about Shock that "he doesn't want to be here, he doesn't want to play here".
