We defiantely needed help at the tight end position but the Bryan Kehl cut was a bit of a surprise.
Even though Kehl hasn't made a big impact, I thought the Giants would give him at least this season to prove his worth.

I think Pascoe should have been in the squad to start with, but I expect they went with Kehl due to niggling injury issues with Blackburn, Wilkinson and Dillard.

Tollefsen would have been the other guy in the mix to be cut.

Interesting the team prefers Tollefson over Kehl

Tollefson is too good of a specials player for us and he's an instant spark off the bench. So I could definitely see why it was Kehl over him. Kehl was horrible in coverage and just average on specials. I believe he only played the coverage units. But with Kehl gone it just means we have 4 more that need to go. Our LB scouting mistakes need to keep getting the axe. But with that said it wouldn't surprise me if they bring him back when Boss is healed up. Hopefully Bear can impress enough on specials.
