Speaking of injuries, GM Jerry Reese said that Jonathan Goff could be back by the final preseason game. The injury he suffered was to a wing of one of his vertebras, and as soon the pain subsides, Reese said that Goff should be able to play.

This is great news; particularly as he had been out indefinately and there were concerns his season could have been over..
