With the nfl draft nearing and little to be made yet of Plaxico's pending case, it starts to become clear what the Giants will need to do. Draft a wr that can make a first year impression such as Steve Smith did in 2007.

Even if Plax magically avoids jail time, it's likely that he will be suspended for multiple games going into the season. This, coupled with the loss of the giants other starting wide receiver (Amani Toomer) leaves a fairly large hole in the offense.

What do you think? Will Eli Manning have a hard time adjusting to a new set of starters?

I think the key here is that Manning has a core of talented youngsters he is familiar with who are ready to step up
