The cba rules in Plax's favor of 1 million dollars.
The Giants will pay Burress a one million dollar roster bonus that they tried to hold back due to Plaxico's conduct not meeting up to the Giants organization's expectations.
Giants owner, John Mara doesn't like it and most fans don't like it but I guess that's just the way it goes for now. The Giants will likely appeal the decision.

According to Vacciano, the giants won't bother with the appeal.

It is interesting that John Mara is saying the new CBA will address this issue.
