Boley needs to become a linebacking leader
Now with Pierce gone, The Giants will have to look elsewhere for someone to lead the linebacking corps.
The logical choice, since the Giants failed to keep their other two starters seems to be Michael Boley.
How do you guys feel about this?
Will Boley be the type to put in the extra hard work and whatever it takes to fill the void?
Are the Giants still looking elsewhere for the instant upgrade with leadership qualities?
Is Boley even good enough to be considered The man for the job?

Re: Boley needs to become a linebacking leader
I don't see much of an issue here
Boley was calling the plays last year when Pierce was out.
I think he will be a mentor for whatever rookie MLB we get

I think if we get a player like mcclain or weatherspoon they can take the lead as soon as they put the pads on. If not Boley seems more than capable to take the reigns until the rook gets comfortable.
