The Giants DT, Chris Canty and OLB, Michael Boley began doing some running on the sidelines today.

Canty just received what's called platelet-rich plasma therapy only two days ago and said that the effects from that treatment were almost immediate.

Boley who's coming off hip surgery from 9 weeks ago, was expected to be out 8-10 weeks so it's starting to look a little brighter for the Giants defense.

This is big news for both players and the Giants.

It is definately positive signs, hopefully Alford is good to go as well
