Giants LB Michael Boley, who missed all of training camp with a hip problem but has been working in well with the defense since his return, underwent arthroscopic Tuesday morning to repair a partially torn meniscus in his right knee.

Boley did not miss a play in Sunday’s victory in Kansas City but his knee stiffened up on the plane ride home. The recovery time for Boley is expected to be approximately four weeks.

This really sucks, the Giants need him back badly. Every week, Blackburn and Peirce get exposed in the passing game, while CLark is no stud either. They're solid against the run, but just don't seem to have the speed for the passing game. I'm surprised to not see Wilk in there on third downs too. I'd think Boley and Wilk would be the ideal LBs for 3rd downs.

But with Boley, Ross and Phillips out, and no pass rush, Brees put on a clinic.
