There are reports the Giants will be moving Gerris Wilkinson to MLB and give him a shot at the MLB competition.

I actually think it is a good idea. Wilkison has plenty of mobility and potential and could be a good option at MLB in Fewell's system.

I am not sure if he will be the answer, but I think that there is a chance that he could be.

I'm not high on Wilkinson. I think this is a last resort move for him. If he doesnt make it there he's a goner.

Call me crazy but I think he could excel at mlb and may get a real chance unless we sign a big name.

He was a mlb in college and that is probably his most natural position

He showed flashes at weakside for the few starts that he did have as a Giant imo.

He's more athletic and could play more space than Goff does, that's for certain.

What I like about wilk is his versatility. He played de, olb, and MLB in college. But since being here he's only proved he can't stay healthy and man he gets swallowed up by blockers. He's real stiff in coverage to. I'm just about ready to move on from this experiment. Let's give it a Last shot what can it hurt...
